Born in Poland, Pawel had begun his photographic career as a photojournalist. In the early 1990's he moves to London to practice there.
At that time he got involved in architectural photography and started to photograph urban landscape.
In his work Pawel Libera links seemingly unconnected photographic disciplines of lifestyle and people photography with his passion to photograph architecture.
His work characterises very strong use of colour and graphic style and he likes to experiment with lighting.
Having considerable experience in shooting on all film formats from 35mm to 4x5in, Pawel implemented full digital workflow into his shooting arsenal in which he excels, delivering highest quality digital files ready for reproduction.
He created work for many high profile, large format poster advertising campaigns for outdoor and underground displays.
Pawel has been working for many years with multi-award winning and voted 'The World's Best Tourist Board'- Visit Britain/British Tourist Authority, creating images for outdoor poster advertising campaigns, print and multimedia usage.
His other clients include Disneyland Resort Paris, Delta Airlines, Visit London, Royal Collection, Royal Household, Historic Royal Palaces, London Development Agency and Transport for London as well as advertising agencies, design groups and corporate companies.
Nowadays Pawel prefers working on location and loves working with people.
He handles commercial, travel, editorial and PR assignments too.

His French agent is Photo12 in Paris.

Pawel's stock photography is represented by CORBIS, Alamy, Loop Images, Photoshot, Robert Harding World Imagery, Royal Institute of British Architects Collection, Britain on View, Latitude and Photo 12 stock libraries.
